Test outcome trends

Every archived run of every suite, as the stacked bars of the dashboard cards: one bar per run with the newest at the right edge, the height of a bar the number of tests of that run, and the colors the outcomes. Hover a bar for the run and its counts; the name above a chart leads to the latest run of that suite. Every chart is scaled to its own largest run.
